Construction Documents provide basic method of clearly communicating what the architect wants built and how it needs to be assembled.  It is essential that these drawings and specifications are organized, didactic, and readable.

Simón De Agüero worked with Michael Johnson a well establish Architectural Designer in Scottsdale, Arizona.  On this project the construction documents were constantly red lined every week.  This exercises allowed Simón to understand the organization and detail thinking that needs to be included in a set of Construction Documents.

With the added exercises of writing Specifications with Ronald Geren and Legal Contract Documents with Kimberly Hurtado, Simón has a understanding of the processes related to doing some of the more complicated paper work on an architectural project.
