Jane, Curtis, Thomson and Elissa Himes live in Kingman, AZ.  In 2008, Simón began to work with them under the supervision of The Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture faculty to provide the preliminary design services up to Design Development Drawings.  At that point the project was handed over to a local architect and Simón Continued to provide design suggestion whenever requested.

As Simón’s first clients they have a special place in his work and continue to support him.  Simón has visited the site and new home several times and continues to appreciate and learn from the design decisions that have been made before and during the construction of this home.  Jane and Curtis did an amount of the construction work, especially the detailing. The interior space is full of natural light and great cross ventilation for the hotter summer days as included in the preliminary design.
